About Alanna

My name is Alanna! I'm currently getting my bachelor's degree in

Interdisciplinary Studies of Government and Religion at Liberty University.

If you had asked me at the beginning of 2022, I would have said I plan to

become an attorney and open my own firm one day. If you asked me now, I'd say

I'm walking by faith, knowing God will take me where He wants me to go. Whether that's into law specifically or around the nation to help equip other Christians with the talents God has given me. This website will be a hub of information, from my blog to any news about where God's taking me! I'm so happy you're here!

My Journey

My story began at four years old when I was involved in a car accident that led to what they thought would be a significant brain injury. Little did I know that accident was what made way for my degree to be possible. Some may say that's a coincidence, but I serve a God with a plan in both the good and evil, so I don't doubt He had a plan in even one of my worst days. In the introduction, I said that if someone asked me what I plan to do after college, I would tell them I'm walking in faith, knowing that God will take me where He wants me to go. I don't have any specific plans to pursue a career in law. I genuinely believe that God has led me to get a pre-law degree to better understand Christianity, His Word, and our country through logical and disciplined (legal) reasoning. Since I have started, I don't think God has me getting this degree to have a career, but rather to have a ministry in places I couldn't get to without the education. God made way for my education, and He's still making the way for where He plans to take me. I don't know where I'm going, but I know I'm going wherever He leads me. I hope to encourage you to not only come along with me, as a fellow kin in God's family, but also to start your journey of comeplete trust in your Heavenly Father!

Romans 12:1-3 AMP - Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies [dedicating all of yourselves, set apart] as a living sacrifice, holy and well-pleasing to God, which is your rational (logical, intelligent) act of worship. And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you]. For by the grace [of God] given to me I say to everyone of you not to think more highly of himself [and of his importance and ability] than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has apportioned to each a degree of faith [and a purpose designed for service].

May we all strive to live set apart as an act of worship for the One who created the universe and holds us in the palm of His hand!
